Shipping
Shipping is completely free on every order across Australia. No minimum purchase, no catches.
Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on your location within Australia. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We're working on expanding to other regions in the future.
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days after shipment for tracking to become active.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. See our full Shipping & Returns page for details.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. It may take an additional 5–10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
