Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Australia, with no minimum purchase required.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1 – 3 business days for tracking information to become available after shipment.
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs processing. DropZone is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
1. Unused and in the same condition you received them
2. In the original packaging
3. Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
To initiate a return, please email us at support@dropzone.store with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5 – 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
When reporting a damaged item, please include:
1. Your order number
2. Photos of the damaged item and packaging
3. A brief description of the damage
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Email us at support@dropzone.store and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
